Charlotte was born in Taylor, Texas on August 31, 1946 to Charles and Margurette (Smith) Gossett. She married Wilburn Eugene Armstrong in 1965. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be missed. Charlotte is survived by her son, Kevin Armstrong, and wife, Kathryn; one grandchild, Ashley Monroe, and husband Brendon; two sisters; Barbara Bird and her husband Don, and Kathy Johnson; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Eugene Armstrong; infant son, Darren Armstrong; and son, Corey Armstrong.
