Bill was retired from the University of Texas Printing Division and the United States Air Force. He enjoyed taking pictures. He also enjoyed camping and hiking and his yearly visits to Estes Park, Colorado.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen Parrott of Lebanon, Tennessee and his beloved Sheltie, Penny. He is preceded in death by his wife Connie Parrott.
