Daniel lived life with heart and energy. He found joy in the simple things—watching a great soccer match, paddling across the water in his kayak, and, most of all, spending time with his son, making memories that will live on forever. He had a spirit that brought comfort, laughter, and connection to everyone around him.
Daniel is survived by his loving parents, Daniel Torrez and Cynthia Torrez of San Angelo, Texas; his sister, Marcella Flores, her husband Dago Flores, and their children; his beloved grandfather, Alfonso Torres, and his wife, Adela Torres; his cherished son, Edward Rene Torrez, and Edward’s mother, Megan Pina; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other loving family members and friends.
He was deeply loved and will never be forgotten. We will remember his love, his laughter, and the memories he created—especially with his son—as treasures we will carry forward.
