Eduardo passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 19, 2013 at the age of 52. Eduardo was born on February 15, 1960 in Mexico City, grew up in Union de TVLA, Jalisco and resided in Austin, Texas since 1992.
A graduate of the University of Guadalajara, Eduardo was an avid sports enthusiast and food lover who enjoyed different types of music, literature and film. Eduardo was an inspiration to all of those who surrounded him. Always armed with a positive attitude, he battled ALS courageously.
Eduardo is survived by his wife, children, parents, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, as well as his many friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the ALS Association Texas Chapter, Asera Care Hospice, MDA ALS Chapter, and to all friends and family who have supported them during this difficult time.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
