Jacob Daniel Ortiz

Jacob Daniel Ortiz, 41, of El Paso, TX., was welcomed into the loving arms of God on July 10th, 2026, in Round Rock, TX., surrounded by his loving family. Jacob was born in El Paso, TX on May 24th, 1985, to Roberto and Faviola Ortiz. He was a devoted son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. There wasn’t anything that Jacob wouldn’t do for those he loved and cared for, which were many. He was always so positive and wanted everyone to be okay. Jacob was known for always giving to the less fortunate and those in need. He had a heart of gold and was such a free spirit. He lived well, laughed often, and loved much.

Jacob is preceded in death by his father, Roberto Ortiz Sr., his maternal grandparents – Rodolfo and Guadalupe Luna, and his paternal grandfather, Oscar Ortiz.

He is survived by his mother, Faviola, brothers – Roberto Ortiz Jr., Aaron Ortiz, Caleb Ortiz, and Oscar Ortiz, sisters – Rebekah Oritz and Estella Ortiz, nieces – Mia Crespo and Kaya Villa, and nephew – Victor Crespo.

A visitation and rosary service will be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at Cook Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home located at 14501 N I35, Pflugerville TX 78660. Public visitation will be from 5pm-7pm, with rosary service from 7pm-8pm.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 24th, 2026 at 10:00am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church located at 1520 N. Railroad Ave. Pflugerville TX 78660.

Jacob will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
