Jacquelyn was raised in New Castle, PA and graduated from New Castle High School. After she graduated, she worked at the library in Bethesda, MD. She traveled the world as a military spouse. In 1981, she moved to Texas with her family where she lived out the rest of her life.
Jackie is survived by her brother Bob James; her three children, Rick Parshall, Karen Parshall and Mark Parshall; and daughters-in-law, Ann and Nancy Parshall. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Christine, Alex, Marcy, Casey, Corey and David Parshall, as well as a great grandson, Ashton Davis.
Jackie’s stories and loving heart will be missed by family, friends and neighbors.
The family would like to thank everyone for their encouraging words and prayers.
A memorial service celebrating Jacquelyn’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
