Jaekeon loved life and found joy in the people, places, and simple moments that made life meaningful. He treasured his friendships and had a natural way of bringing people together. He loved good food, good conversation, laughter, and spending time surrounded by the people he cared about.

One of Jaekeon’s happiest places was Russell Park in Georgetown, where he loved to paddle board on the lake. The water was his zen place, a place where he could slow down, find peace, and simply enjoy being outdoors.

Jaekeon loved staying active and enjoyed golfing, playing pickleball, and riding his bike, especially with his favorite neighbor. These were more than hobbies to him; they were opportunities to spend time with people he cared about, enjoy the outdoors, laugh, and make memories.

He also loved bringing friends and family together through food. He especially enjoyed cooking pork belly barbecue, sharing a meal and good conversation with the people he loved. And, of course, those who knew Jaekeon well knew about his love for Whataburger, one of his favorite simple pleasures.

Above all, Jaekeon adored his two sons. He loved his boys deeply, and being their father was one of the most important and treasured parts of his life. The love he had for them will remain a part of them forever.

Jaekeon is survived by his beloved wife, his two sons, his sister, and his mother and father. He will also be deeply missed by his extended family, neighbors, and many friends who were fortunate enough to share in his life.

Jaekeon’s passing leaves a profound emptiness for those who loved him. But his memory will live on in the calm waters of the lake where he found his zen, on the golf course and pickleball court, along the bike rides shared with a dear neighbor, around a table filled with family and friends, and in every moment his sons remember the love their father gave them.

He will be remembered for his love of life, his friendships, his sense of joy, and the memories he created with the people around him.

Rest peacefully, Jaekeon. May you always be remembered for the life you loved, the people you cherished, and the love you gave your family. You will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

A visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660, US, on August 24, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
