He is survived by his wife, Argner Lee Collins of Austin and eight children; Willie Walker and wife Sheila of Manor, Texas; Pamela Parrella and husband George of Austin, Texas; Perry Walker and wife Keisha of Houston, Texas; Ron Collins and wife Melissa of Round Rock, Texas; Derrick Collins, Byron Collins, Carman Collins, and Tracy Carter and husband Virgil of Gary, Indiana; and 14 grandkids and one great grandchild, plus a host of relatives and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial service to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2011, in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
