James Raymond Leblanc, age 78, of Round Rock, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023.

A memorial service for James will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Celebration Church, 601 Westinghouse Road, Georgetown, TX 78626.
