James moved to Texas in his twenties (or “as fast as he could” in his words). He loved Texas, the Cowboys, hunting, cars and all sports.
He married Debbie in 1985 and to this union in 1987 a beautiful daughter Jennifer was born.
James, worked in the automotive service world for many years and loved work. His work was his life. He never met a stranger and loved to chit chat (he could never keep a secret) and cut up. He was typically the life of the party. James was a big man with a big personality and even bigger heart. He loved the water and being on the ocean; that was “his place”.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Debbie Teller.
He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Rollins, husband Jack Rollins Jr; grandchildren, Daymon, Lillie and Logan Rollins (his pride and joy); brothers, John and Patrick; sister Kathleen; nieces and nephews and many, many extended family members and loving friends.
Following James’s wishes his life will be celebrated in an intimate ceremony on the beach at a later date.
