Cherie and family - i’m Glad we reconnected in recent years. I don’t have a lot of memories of Aunt Jean, but they are all happy ones. She was nice to me and I will always remember that as well as her red hair and her distinctive voice ( that I was intrigued by). XOX Deidra

Jean was a strong woman in every way. A wonderful mother, a dedicated grandmother, and a loving great-grandmother!! I knew she was strong mentally and emotionally, but when I saw her throw a bowling ball down the lane and making strikes, I walked over to her and asked “what size ball do you throw?” She replied confidently “mine is a 13-pound ball.” I was so impressed that a mature woman could handle such a heavy ball...then I went back and kept throwing my 8-lb ball.

Always a hug and smile greeted you at the door. We were blessed to have added Jean to our family. More than ever she always invited our children to play or swim when weather permitted. "Why don't you just come over". She said. I cary Jeans memory in a special place in my heart. Our love and condolences to you and family.
Love Mytribe.

Jean married the youngest Dontigney and I was the oldest Carnot niece, only 10 years difference. As they moved around with the Air Force, I visited Jean and Lee in Germany, Hawaii, and home. Jean quietly asked me not to call her Aunt as people would think she was older. Jean was always ready for a laugh, prank or giggle. See the picture of Jean and Lee at Ewa Beach, Hawaii in April, 1968 on 1 of my visits. Glad to see that fiery, red hair through all these years. RIP (Aunt) Jean. Love, Linda
