Jim graduated from High School, Cantho Vietnam and received his diploma in Automotive from Capitol City Trade and Technical School, Austin Texas. Jim worked as a mechanic for Town North Nissan, Austin Texas; then later as an operator for the manufacturer Dover Corporation, Round Rock Texas.
His passions include fixing automobiles, fishing, and taking care of animals and aquarium fishes.
Jim was survived by his wife, Judy, Sony the dog, Lucy the cat and her kittens, Phat and Thin. (Jim had a soft heart for little animals.)
Funeral services will be held at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home on Thursday November 7, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
