John Edward Kipple

John Edward Kipple, 67 of Austin, Texas was born December 12, 1957, in Houston, Texas to James A. and Helen (Baca) Kipple and passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025. He grew up in Austin, and graduated from Reagan High School in 1976 and was able to go back to school to receive his Bachelors in History from St. Edward's University in 2013. He retired from Round Rock ISD Transportation Department as an Assistant Director in 2022

John was an avid sports fan enjoying the games of the Aggies, Cowboys, and multiple Soccer teams. He also enjoyed photography, camping, building train models, and being with his family. He was always spending time with friends and families, whether it was going to soccer games together, helping his daughters with their houses, or just talking about almost any subject.

John is survived by his loving wife of almost 44 years, Ann (Lucas) Kipple; daughters, Jennifer and Alexandra Kipple; sister, Nancy McKee and husband, Ronnie; nephews, Scott McKee and wife, Melanie, Jimmie Kipple III, Jeffery Jaques, Adam Kipple and wife, Jennifer; nieces Christina Meilert, Julie Gibbons and husband, Tom, and Michelle Kipple; and grandnephew, Cade McKee. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Jim and Sam Kipple, and sister, Mari Jaques.

A memorial service for John will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery at the Waters Edge Pavilion, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
