John will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife Angela Kwiatkowski, daughter Haley Kwiatkowski, son Samuel Borrego, daughter Ethitia Ballard, his mother Regina Camp, brother Wallace Kwiatkowski,Jr., sisters, Susan Johnson, Shirley Strong and Betty Kwiatkowski along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 10 AM, Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home Chapel.
