Juanita Faircloth

Juanita was born on December 8, 1933 in Florien, Louisiana to William David Durrett, Sr. and Ruby Wilson Durrett. She graduated from Plainview High School and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA and a master's degree in health care administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.

Ms. Faircloth, a registered nurse, spent many years working in nursing administration at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and Olin E. Teague Veterans Hospital in Temple where she retired in 1996. She was a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Temple where she taught Sunday school for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruby Durrett, and her brother J. W. Durrett.

Juanita is survived by her children, Robert Faircloth of Frisco, TX and Sharon Faircloth Harper and husband Allan of Leander, TX and grandchildren Shanna Harper Cooper and husband Richard of Leander, TX and Brittany Harper of Leander, TX. Juanita is also survived by her brothers; William David Durrett, Jr., Russell Durrett, and Dwight Durrett and her sisters; Bettye Broussard and Linda Ulmer.
