Judith Bowling Snider

Judy went to Austin High School in El Paso, Texas, where she met her husband, Raymond L. Snider. The two shared over 50 years of love and devotion. Together they welcomed two sons, Raymond David Snider and Thomas Bowling Snider, and built a life rooted in care, commitment, and enduring partnership.

Judy earned her teaching degree at UTEP, and she carried a deep respect for education and the value of patient, consistent work. In her personal life, her thoughtful nature showed in the simple pleasures she loved most—reading, gardening, and sewing—pursuits that reflected her attentive spirit and the warmth she brought to those around her.

Judy was a woman of steady grace and quiet strength whose life was marked by devotion to family and learning, and she was incredibly proud to be an educator.

Judy was preceded in death by her loving parents; her devoted husband; her beloved Son; and two brothers.

Those left to cherish Judy’s memory include: one son, one brother, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 am, followed by a Reception at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home at 12:00 pm.
