I knew Bill for about 30 years. We worked together at Glastron Boat Co and then at Coca Cola. He was a very smart and patient man. I learned a lot from him. He knew about everything in being a great mechanic on any car or truck. He was the very best boss I every had.I will always remember him.

My Pa-Pa was such an amazing person. I remember every time I walked into Granny and Pa-Pa's house, the first thing I always had to do was go see Pa-Pa and give him a hug. If he wasn't sitting in his chair in the dining then I knew exactly where he would be... in the shop, tinkering with only God knows what. I honestly don't think I could ever forget that smile he would get as soon as we walked in… the way it would light up the room. Oh, and that laugh… It was nearly impossible to keep a straight face when Pa-Pa laughed. It was just contagious. My Pa-Pa was a one-of-a-kind man. He had a kind heart, a hard head, and a capacity to love that is unmatched. There will never be another man in this world that can pull off overalls quite like Pa-Pa could. I love you so much Pa-Pa, but let's not say goodbye because I'll see you another place, some other time.

Honey, you were the love of my life on earth and we will have many memories to remember you by. I know you are in a better place and you left us in such a quick time. I know in my heart that you loved me in your on way and my heart was always your. Our blind date lasted 61 3/4 years and I am blessed to have had you. I will always remember all our fun times starting out and raising our 2 children.You were a great husband and father. You have left a wonderful family thru your children, grandchildren & great grandchildren to cherish your memories with me.Your loving wife Mary.

When Shelley and I was kids grandma would say Mary and Bill is coming to visit oh my we couldn't sleep we were so happy ,then you come pulling up in the rv with dirt bikes and Don and Brenda oh boy what fun we would have, I just wish we live closer thanks for being a great Uncle to me you will be missed so much. Grandpa, I cant believe you are gone we are going to miss you so much you were so kind and smart. You did anything for anyone and you would light up the room just being there. One of several memories I have is the one when Brandon and I were staying with you and granny, we started playing hide and seek and I hid in the bathroom clothes hamper back when yall lived in austin. I was in there and when you came into to the bathroom I popped out and scared you like crazy and you said " damn it michael " and then you laughed and I ran out as fast as I could. I was so glad Brooke and I got to see you before you left us. We all love you and I will see you later down the road.

I had so much fun when we all went camping on the weekends but there was a small price to pay at the end. That part I did not like so much, cleaning and taking care of the things you have is very important as you showed me growing up.
Showing responsibility on everything we do and passing that message on to all we come in contact with. Yes it is not easy as I learn, using your tools and leaving them all over the place, wanting to help you on something and making a mess of it but you always found a way to make good of it.
Growing up never ends and this part I hoped would never come. I know we have reached that point where I must say goodbye, but memoirs last forever.
