KC was a Retired Major in the Air Force as well as a 4th and 5th grade school teacher in California. KC loved being around children and was dearly loved and will be missed by all of his grandchildren. He loved Texas A&M as he was a graduate of the class of 1977 and was proud to be known as part of the “Filthy Fifth”.
Survived by his Wife; Naomi Collins, 2 Daughters; Krista Marshall and husband Jason, Jessica Collins, Father; Kenneth Stanley Collins, Sr., 2 Sisters; Sheri Duran and husband Joe, Melissa Collins, one Brother; Mark Collins and wife Barbara, 3 Step-Daughters; Stephanie Wojnaroski and husband Bobby, Melonie Matjeka and husband Derek, Lorie Estrada and husband Anthony, Grandchildren; Ace, Tyler, Jeremy, Shelby, Emily, Joshua and Caleb. Also survived by Nephews and Nieces; John, Caitlin, Morgan and Mark. Preceded in death by his Beloved Mother Jane Collins.
Memorial Services with Inurnment at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, Texas on Friday July 22nd, 2011 at 11:30am with full military honors.
