His siblings were Robert Heinle who lives in Springfield, Colorado, Howard Heinle who is deceased; Marlene Bauer who is deceased, and Dolores Schlager who lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was blessed with many neices and nephews.
Kenneth served in the United States Army and was stationed in South Korea where he played with a group called, "The Far West Jamboree". He continued playing accordian in a band called, "Kebos" in the Colorado area after his discharge from the U.S. Army in 1959. After moving to Texas, Kenneth continued to share is love for music by playing at several nursing homes.
Kenneth was married to Judy Karst and they had three children, Sherry Ann Rogers who lives in Florida, Jeffrey Alan Heinle who lives in New Mexico, and Debra Kay Roach who lives in Colorado. He married Peggy (Kern) Carpenter in 1985 and became stepfather to her daughters, Delena Marie Carpenter and Dawn Mae Walker. From the blended family he is survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
For two years he sailed the Gulf of Mexico with wife, Peggy; and friends, Gerhart and Pat Speyer. He worked in many auto parts stores in Colorado and Texas throughout his life. He also worked with an oil company as a pumper on different sites throughout Colorado. He said working with the oil wells was his favorite job.
Kenneth also served as a volunteer fireman in LaSalle, Colorado for over 20 years. This was something else he really enjoyed.
Kenneth was also very active in the Pflugerville Community Church where he worked as a maintenance person for many years. He really loved his church and everyone in it. He left many friends behind.
A memorial service celebrating Kenneth's life will be held at 6:00 pm, Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Pflugerville Community Church, 1214 Pfenning Lane, Pflugerville, Texas. The service will be live streamed on the Pflugerville Community Church YouTube channel.
