

He was born December 2, 1944 to father, Lee Thomas Morgan and mother, Cora Adeline in Takoma Park, Maryland.
Lee enlisted in the United States Air Force in December 1962 at 18 years of age. He served his country for 20 years, retiring as a decorated soldier. He rose to the ranks earning the rank of Techical Sergeant (TSgt). Following his retirement from the Air Force, he went on to have a long and accomplished career with Lockheed Martin, where his work reflected the same discipline, integrity, and commitment he carried throughout his life.
Lee married his beloved Janice Kay Frazier on April 23, 1976 in Waurika, Oklahoma.
Lee was an avid collector of all sorts. He collected antiques, guns, and coins. He had a passion for building model planes, RC model planes, and building guns. His collection spirit runs deep in the genes of his family as his children are collectors as well. Lee had a love for 50s and 60s music.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Thomas Morgan and Cora Adeline Morgan. Lee was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janice Kay Thomas, with whom he shared many cherished years.
Lee leaves behind to treasure his legacy his sons Robert Morgan Thomas (Round Rock, Texas); Michael Lee Thomas (San Antonio, Texas); daughter-in-law Dawn Rene Thomas (San Antonio, Texas); his daughter Charlotte Anne Lofton (Eastanollee, Georgia); son-in-law William (Bill) Lofton (Eastanollee, Georgia); granddaughter Allie J. Lofton (Estanolle, Georgia); grandson Russell Scott Frazier (Hopewell, Virginia); granddaughter-in-law Hope Frazier (Hopewell, Virginia); granddaughter Ashley Rios (Round Rock, Texas); grandson-in-law Ray Rios (Round Rock, Texas); grandson Alex Thomas (Hutto, Texas); granddaughter Shannon Lofton Powers (Jacksonville, North Carolina); grandson-in-law Drew Powers (Jacksonville, North Carolina); his close cousin Karen Buffington (Dickinson, North Dakota); and several great grandkids.
Lee will be remembered as a devoted father, a proud veteran, and a man of quiet strength and steady character. His legacy lives on through his children and those whose lives he touched.
Dad, you and mom are reunited and we know you and her are watching over us now. We love you, always.
