Leslie accepted Christ at an early age while attending the Austin Revival Center and was later baptized. Leslie received his formal education at Wm B. Travis High School in Austin and soon after obtained his G.E.D. He later attended the ITT Tech School at Southern Careers, where he obtained his Associates
Degree and made a career move to Flextronics where he found a home. Leslie loved family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan! He was a devoted husband, father, brother, son and everything to everyone.
He also loved to eat and you can’t eat without knowing how to cook...20 years in the food industry paid off!
On July 19, 2020, the sun set on Leslie Lee Ganous III. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Essie Dobbins Jr, Leslie Lee Ganous Sr, grandmother, Lillie May Fields, and father, Leslie Lee Ganous, Jr. Leslie’s legacy lives on through his wife, Ninfa Patricia Ganous, his children: Elizabeth (Tim) Beauchamp of Michigan, Melinda Guerrero (Temple, Tx), Ray “Littlebear” Sanchez, (New Mexico), Essence Ganous (Pflugerville, Tx), Elijah Ganous (Temple, Tx), and Adela Ganous (Austin, Tx). His parents Harold and Alice Cain (Austin, Tx), Granny, Ezella Dobbins (Austin); siblings; Lisa Clemons (Georgetown, Tx), Charles (Gigi) Manor, Patrick (Dee) Cain, Quincy (Courtney) Simon all of Round Rock, Tx, Junelle (Shawn) Vasquez of Austin, Tx), Leslie Cain (Tiffany) of Round Rock, Tx , and Tyeshia (Jermaine) Rogers (Del Valle, Tx). Grandchildren: Victoria, Raymond, Alejandro (Michigan), Michael, Stella, Noella (Temple, Tx) Godchildren: Ashley Clemons of Georgetown and Stephen Simon of Round Rock; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
