She was preceded in death by mother, father, six brothers, one sister, and her son, Bennie Edward Williams IV.
She attended Manor Independent School District. She was baptized at an early age at Parks Spring Baptist Church. She married Bennie Williams, III and to this union, they were blessed with a daughter and son. Louella later attended Nixon Clay Business College and Austin Community College before she majored in Computer Programming.
She worked at the Austin State Hospital for over 45 years.
Later, she married her loving husband, Richard Lee Isaac, and was blessed with her step-son, Rodney Isaac.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her two sisters, Laura Coleman of Austin, Texas and Genva Smith of Killeen, Texas; her daughter, Carol Williams of Austin, Texas; her step-son, Rodney Isaac of San Diego, California; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.
A graveside service honoring the life of Louella will begin at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 1, 2021 in Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
