I am sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs.  Bowman.  I am a retired Comptroller employee and knew Mrs. Bowman professionally.  A nicer lady I have not met.  She always had a smile and  she had a positive impact on my life for which I am grateful.  Condolences to the family

I am so sorry to here about Lucille's passing. She was my first supervisor I had while working at the comptrollers office. She was the greatest and most caring person.
