Luis Fernando Garcia

Luis Fernando Garcia passed away on January 28th, 2022 at 8:41am at the age of 67. Luis was born in Ranch El Lipon - Reynosa Tamaulipas, Mexico on July 2, 1954 to Rosalinda Prado and Maximiliano Garcia.

Luis met the love of his life, Olivia, in Brownsville, TX and they got married in 1984. Together, they had three children: Luis Jr and his wife Angelina with their daughter Aaliah, Sarabet and her husband Sixto with their daughter Madelina, & Elizet and her husband Gonzalo Jr. Luis was a loving and friendly man who enjoyed working in his garage, telling jokes and being with his family. They were married for 37 years.

Luis and Olivia were couple counselors in the Moviemiento Familiar Cristiano for 20+ years. They helped many families and couples strengthen their marriage and families.

Luis touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His uplifting spirit and generosity will be dearly missed by all friends and family.

A visitation for Luis will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A rosary service will occur Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Williams Catholic Church, 620 Round Rock West Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681. A graveside service will occur Friday, February 11, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
