Luis was born on July 7, 1959, and was raised in Odessa, Texas, graduating from Ector High School in 1978.
Mr. Mancha was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel O. Mancha and Guadalupe D. Mancha; younger sister, Debbie Mancha-Vital; and nephew, Frederick (Manny) White.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Marie Mancha; daughter, Sarah Ann Glass (Carlton); son, Luis Manuel Mancha, Jr.; daughter, Anna Marcelina Mancha; and granddaughter, Emma Grace Glass. Luis is also survived by sisters, Mary Munoz, Viola De La Cruz, Celia Ledbetter, Sylvia Hinojos (Ismael), Dora Mancha, Delia Leal (Oscar) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Friends may pay their respects between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Memorial Hill Cemetery.
