Luticia is survived by her daughter Charmayne Howard and son William "Bart" Reeves of Manor, Texas. She is also survived by her five granddaughters Jennifer Bream, Stacy Howard, Lauren Martinez, Kelsey Fernandez, and Paige Reeves and her ten great grandchildren which consist of 8 girls and 2 boys. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband, and oldest daughter Sheri Williams.
Luticia was born on January 18, 1937 in Houston, Texas to Helen Scott Rowlet and Floyd Neal Cass. She married William Edward Reeves in 1959. They had 3 children; Sheri Elaine Williams, Charmayne Denise Howard, and William Bart Reeves. They raised their children in San Antonio, Texas before moving to Manor, Texas in 1978.
Her family knew her as the glue of the family, the Matriarch. Full of love and laughter.
Luticia was protective of her family and her dog Lady and often indulged in the Home Shopping Network. She was loving but oh so ornery.
A visitation for Luticia will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM at the same location, with a graveside service to follow.
