God has received a wonderful and gentle soul! Sonny has always been a breath of fresh air, full of love and laughter. He called me his “Girlfriend” and I called him my “Boyfriend!” I ask God to equip you Sheree and your family with peace, comfort and awesome memories! Sonny will be sorely missed!

Sonny was my Brother n Law and the first time I met him, I found him to be quite friendly n funny. He was always impeccably dressed. He really took care of my sister. He was always buying her gifts and he knew what she liked. They dressed alike a lot. I admired that about him. My first daughter was dark n he called her “Black.” She was a beautiful baby even with her dark skin. He would tease me often by asking who was her dad, of course my husband. We will miss you, Sonny. You were fun to be around. Rest In Peace. I love ❤️ you.

I send my most sincere condolences to you Sheree and family, and ask the Lord to comfort you and care for you in every way.

Sonny was a wonderful friend for 25+ years. We met when we both worked at the bank. He made me laugh with his dry wit and salty swagger, that broke into laughter and kindness and encouragement. Sonny was always immaculately dressed. Everything he wore was pressed perfectly...and I knew that was from the hand of his beloved Sheree. I've always respected Sonny and Sheree for their service to our country and their steadfast work ethic in post-military careers.

I honor you Sonny and miss you, but I will forever carry fond memories of you and a smile in my heart.
