Ms. Haas was my teacher at Wooten. She will surely be missed as she was a very fine lady.

My husband and I grew up with Margalene in Round Rock, and we were all good friends. She was a teacher to several of my children, who loved her dearly. Margalene I will miss you, but I will keep our memories of growing up in Round Rock forever.

Mrs. Haas was my 2nd grade teacher at  Wooten Elementary School back in 1969-1970. I remember her as a great teacher and I Ioved and trusted her so much. My mother and father (Roland and Frances Warner) grew up in Round Rock and with Margarene. They were all good friends back in the days. After my father passed away in 2002, Margarene and my mother spoke on the phone often.  God Bless the Klattenhoff and Haas families. Your mother was a great person and I know that she is in heaven with God. I will always remember her fondly, as well as my parent's also will.

Margie was a hard worker for the SPJST and she will truly be missed.

The fondest memories I  have Of Margalene was when we were very youngand I would stay all night at her house.We would go the the movie on main street, I loved to play with the cute doll house Aunt Katy had made out of apple crates and had made all the furniture.I also remember a time when the hot water heater was broken and we had to take a cold shower. Your Mom was always very patient with all of us crazy young adults, and yes this includes me!  She had a special way of letting us know how to behave, without saying a word!  She trusted all of us in the many trips using the Haas family Winnebago. Our promise to her was that we would always get her back, not necessarily in the same condition, but none the less she made it home.  Momma Haas was part of my life, and all of your friends lives so many years ago. She will always have a special place in my heart. Prayers to you and your family for a wonderful person, your mom, our friend!

We have only known Margie for about 5 years but we all grew very fond of her. She was full of wisdom that she loved to share with us all. She will be missed but mostly always loved by us all.

I enjoyed getting to know your mother while sitting at the same table with her at our SP meetings.  I will miss her.

As a relatively new member of the Round Rock SPJST Lodge, it has been my pleasure to have known Margie.  She was a faithful member and did a good job of record keeping and entertaining us at each meeting.  Please accept my sympathy for your loss.  May she rest in peace.  We will really miss her.

What an amazing aunt I had in your Mom!  Her easy laugh will forever be engrained in my heart as will many fond memories of "family" times together.  Treasured memories: her hiding Easter eggs with Scott, baking her famous bunny cakes, needlepointing all sorts of neat things, and just being there at all the important times in my life.  I'll miss her so very much.
