Mario Borrego

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Maria D. Borrego; his children, Reynaldo Borrego & wife Rosalinda, Norma Rodriguez & husband Mario, Victor H. Borrego & wife Roberta, Esperanza Lopez & husband Ruben, Maria Guadalupe Borrego, Monica Torrez & husband Rudy Jr., Jorge Borrego & wife Mary, and Jose Angel Borrego; grandkids, Reynaldo Borrego & wife Irene, Mario Alfonso Borrego, Victor H. Borrego Jr., Mike A. Borrego & wife Maridel, Susana Rodriguez, Christopher Lopez, Fernando Rodriguez, Amanda Borrego, Chelsea A. Torrez & husband Giovanni Molina, Jennifer Lopez, Mario Enrique Borrego, Melissa Borrego, Rudy Torrez III & wife Kathy, Delia M. Borrego & husband Jose Esquivel, Ruben R. Lopez, Jamel H. Borrego, Hope S. Borrego, Emma I. Rodriguez, Jasmin Rodriguez, Katie Luna, Daniel A. Borrego, and Allison R. Borrego; along with 14 great-grandkids. He also leaves his younger brother, Arturo Borrego.

Mario is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Lucia Borrego; sons, Mario Alfonso. Borrego, Jocesito Borrego; granddaughter, Anna Maria Borrego; and brother, Antonio Borrego.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the funeral home. The Committal service will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
