Martha Kay Covey Langham was born in Taylor, Texas on November 12, 1941. On May 26, 2013, Kay was called from this life to heaven where she’s taking in its beauty and wonders with loved family members and friends who have passed on before her.
Kay partnered with her husband Kennith in their business for thiry years before her retirement. She and Kennith loved and cared for each other deeply throughout their marriage of forty-two years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kennith C. Langham, Sr., and she is survived by their children, Deborah Hilbig, Mark Raby, Russell Langham, Matt Raby, and Kennith Langham, Jr., eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and her sister, Shirley Anne Forrest of Sacramento, California and much loved nieces and nephews.
Kay and Ken shared a love for the outdoors and she enjoyed the many wonderful Harley trips she took with Ken and their friends. Her children, grandchildren and dear friends were a great blessing and a real joy and treasure to her.
Kay was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church in Round Rock. She treasured her church family.
Like her husband Kennith, Kay believed the way to say, “Thank You” to God for His grace was to love and help people. She felt strongly about supporting organizations with a Christian world view.
Her race is run. She has received her crown of victory through faith in Jesus. She was a good and faithful servant.
