Marvin is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rita Woods; their daughter Delana Gilbert; their sons Adrian Woods and Clayton Woods and 7 grandchildren.
Marvin was a graduate of Fort Worth Christian. He was retired after many years as a successful businessman.
Marvin was a believing Christian, and a member of the Leander Church of Christ.
