Mayrel "Bobbie" Wolfe

Age 95, a resident of Albuquerque, NM for 16 years, passed away peacefully Monday July 7, 2014 with her family at her side.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Bill Wolfe, Jr., her grandson, Travis Wolfe, and nieces Shelby Hozdic, Danelle Tucker, Vicki Sargeant, and Beverly Dalton.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents Zella and Dorsey Stalnaker, both of Morgantown, WV and her husband, Dr. William G. Wolfe, Sr., who passed away in 1996.

She was born and raised in Morgantown, WV in 1918. She graduated from Morgantown High School in 1937. After her marriage to Dr. William G. Wolfe, Sr., they moved to Austin, Texas in 1949 and raised their son. She remained in Austin until retiring to Albuquerque, NM in 1998 to be near her son and grandson. Bobbie lived a full and wonderful life and was a kind and caring mother, grandmother, and dear friend. Her great joys in life included her family and her beautiful artistry of painting china. She will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held in Austin, TX on Saturday July 12, 2014, at 10:00 AM, with a final viewing at 9:30 AM, at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 North IH-35, Pflugerville, TX,78660.
