

Mohammed Sedqy was born on August 18, 1988 in Colorado Springs, CO to Mary Sedqy and Wail M. Sedqy. He moved to Egypt and lived there until age three. He then returned to the United States, and became an Austinite for 20 years.
Mohammed was a loving, funny, beautiful person. Mohammed graduated from Johnston High School in 2006 where he played baseball and basketball, and was also nominated for homecoming king. Although Mohammmed didn’t live a full life, he never forgot to live life to the fullest. May his soul rest in peace. You will never be forgotten baby boy. We love you… Love, Mom and Joey
Mohammed was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, La Juan Nelson and Lawrence Nelson.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Sedqy; father, Wail M. Sedqy; son Joseph Sedqy; great-aunt, Mary Louise Nelson; great-uncle, William Nelson; uncles, Lawrence Nelson Jr., John Nelson, Sata Saber Sedqy, Abdalla Sedqy; aunt, Dohaa Sedqy; and paternal grandparents, Mohammed Sedqy Saber and Samerria Sedqy.
The funeral service will take place Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 3:30 pm at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery in Pflugerville.
