She grew up in Georgetown, Texas with her family. On April 20, 1960 she married Billy Charles Morrison. She and Billy lived in Dallas, Texas from 1960 until 1964 when they moved to Austin. Included in her passions were her family first and foremost, cooking sewing and reading.
Noma will be greatly missed by her friends and family that she leaves behind to cherish her memories including her husband of 56 years, Billy; three children Gary, Tim and Leann, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, sister Velma Pierce, Pat Lewis and brother Mike Salyer.
