He was born in Austin, Tx on July 22, 1943, to Norris and Gussie Robbins.
He grew up in Austin and graduated from McCallum High School. Following graduation, he entered the Marines where he proudly served during the Vietnam War.
Norris was preceded in death by his parents, Norris & Gussie Robbins, and his lovely wife, Ruby Robbins. He is survived by his daughters, Sheryl Jasso, Tracy Bonne, Tammie Bonnet & husband Toby, siblings, Debbie Smiley, Roger Robbins & wife Rita, Kathy Parker & husband, Don, along with many nieces, nephews and grandchildren who adored him.
