

Pablo Guerrero Barrera fue un amoroso padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, hermano y amigo. Nació el 7 de abril de 1939 en San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México, hijo de Isauro y Bernadina Guerrero Barrera y falleció en su casa el 29 de enero de 2025 a la edad de 85 años. Era un hombre de familia generoso, su vida se centraba en la familia. y especialmente los nietos. Era un hombre de Dios y miembro de la iglesia católica St. Margaret Mary en Cedar Park. Le gustaba cantar y bailar con Antonio Aguilar y también tenía un gran sentido del humor, pensando que el Tequila lo arreglaba todo. Le encantaba la jardinería, las plantas y sus huertos y, a principios de los 80, incluso trabajó en el cementerio Cook Walden Capital Parks cuidando el terreno. También le encantaba ayudar a los demás ya los animales.
Le sobreviven sus hijos, Raúl Barrera; Teodora Barrera y esposo Adán; María Luisa Don Juan y esposo Victor, Guillermina Barrera, Rubén Barrera y esposa Angelica; María Ángel y esposo Juan. Su yerno Reyes Hernández. 22 nietos, 23 bisnietos. Sus hermanos Antonio Barrera, Miguel Barrera y Remedios Barrera, Hermana Lorenza Barrera y su cachorro Pichi.
Le precedieron en la muerte su esposa María De Jesús Barrera, sus padres Isauro y Bernadina Barrera. Su hija Josefina Barrera y su nuera Lacey Barrera.
Pablo Guerrero Barrera was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, brother and friend. He was born April 7, 1939, in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico to Isauro and Bernadina Guerrero Barrera and passed away at his home on January 29, 2025, at the age of 85. He was a generous family man, life centered around family and especially the grandkids. He was a Man of God and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Cedar Park. He enjoyed singing and dancing to Antonio Aguilar and also had a great sense of humor, thinking Tequila fixed all things. He loved gardening, plants and his vegetable gardens and in the early 80’s even worked at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery taking care of the grounds. He also loved helping others and animals.
He is survived by his children, Raul Barrera; Teodora Barrera and husband, Adan; Maria Luisa Don Juan and husband, Victor; Guillermina Sanchez; Ruben Barrera and wife, Angelica Munoz and Maria De Los Angeles and husband, Juan Angel; 22 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, brothers, Antonio Barrera, Miguel Barrera and Remedios Barrera, sister, Lorenza Barrera and his puppy, Pichi along with brother-in-law, Reyes Hernandez.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Barrera; his parents Isauro and Bernadina Barrera and daughter, Josefina Barrera.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Cedar Park at 12:00pm with burial following at Cook Walden Capital Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Cook Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 6:30pm. Serving as pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
