She was the daughter of Gene and Barbara Hesse Hoelscher. Pam was preceded in death by her father Gene Hoelscher, uncles Ray Hoelscher, P. J. Hoelscher and Jim Hesse.
Pam married Harrell Finley on November 13, 1993, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Killeen, Texas. They made their home in Victoria, Texas before moving to Round Rock where they have resided for more than twenty years.
Pam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in college of Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1985. She was employed at American State Bank in Killeen, South Texas Savings in Victoria and Franklin Federal in Austin. She was a stay at home mom for both of her boys prior to their start of Kindergarten. She has been with Round Rock ISD for the past thirteen years. Pam was active in the church and community service, participating in Christ Child Society, Cedar Ridge baseball and parish ministries.
Pam is survived by her husband Harrell, sons Michael and Brian Finley, mother Barbara Hoelscher of Salado, Texas, and twin sister Pat McBurnett, brother in law Keith McBurnett and nephews Colin and Connor McBurnett of Burnet, Texas.
A viewing and Rosary will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 14th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 1520 North Railroad Avenue, Pflugerville, Texas. The burial will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville.
