Philip Anthony Pugnali, 70, passed away on August 25, 2020, in Austin, Texas. Phil is survived by his son Brian W. Pugnali, his daughter Eva M. Stephen and her children, and his partner Tammy Preece and her daughters, Amanda Berry and Michelle Johnson.
He was born to parents Philip and Phyllis Pugnali, on November 5, 1949, in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Phil will be buried at Capital Parks Cemetery in Austin, TX. The burial service will be for family only. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
