We moved next door to Ray and Emily in 2008. We not only lost a neighbor we lost a friend. His personality took up such a big space and leaves a large empty space behind. The Redskins lost a great fan and when you visited on football Sundays stay out from the tv and shush, of course the game was on. We miss you Ray. You left a great legacy, your family and friends who were lucky to know you.
