Raymond was born on October 6, 1967 in El Campo, Texas to Raymond Ernest Koschel and Dolores (Bernal) Koschel. Raymond was a true one of a kind. He worked various positions over his lifetime and has met and made countless acquaintances and friends along the way. He can be forever remembered for his love and passion for his family, fishing, enjoying time in the great outdoors, really good BBQ and of course being one of the greatest all time fans of the Oakland Raiders. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents Raymond is survived by his son; David Koschel of Georgetown, Texas; one grandson, David Kochel, Jr.; one brother Anthony “Tony” Koschel and his wife Kristen of Keller, Texas: two nieces Natalie and Marlee Koschel as well as many extended family members and close friends.
He was preceded in death by Grandparents Roland & Dorothy Koschel and Aunt Pamela Koschel.
A Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home.
