Robert was born on December 15, 1962 in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Riverside High School and attended University at Texas in El Paso. Robert enjoyed many things in life like camping, fishing, hunting, Nascar races and going to the casinos with family and friends.
Robert is survived by his daughter Caitlin Elliott; his sister Susan Elliott and mother Martha B Elliott.
Due to the City of Austin's COVID restrictions, we as a family have made a heartfelt decision to conduct a small private ceremony to honor the memory of Robert.
