Our beloved brother, Robbie, has ended his journey, leaving us with precious memories to fill our broken hearts. If you were so fortunate to have known Robbie, you knew his pure and innocent love, his charming personality, and his sense of humor that filled us with joy and amazement throughout his life.
Robbie faced many challenges, but met them all with determination and confidence. He was a 1988 graduate of Austin High School, a star client at Goodwill Industries, and a hardworking, faithful employee of Private Affairs Catering Service in Austin. As a Special Olympics athlete, Robbie excelled in every event, bringing home arms full of well-deserved trophies and medals. He was an avid UT Longhorns fan and never missed a game.
Throughout his life, Robbie was blessed with remarkable teachers, doctors, employers and caregivers. Our sincere thanks to each of you that blessed him with your love and compassion. We are forever grateful. Special thanks to the staff at Pflugerville Care Center, St. David’s Round Rock, and Seton Williamson, all of whom shared in Robert’s exceptional care.
Robert was the youngest of nine children and is survived by his brothers, Lee Hello Jr. of Pflugerville, Gary Hello and wife Cindy of Austin, Chris Hello and wife Julie of Georgetown, Joseph Hello and wife Marcy of Austin, and sisters, Marlene Hello of Pflugerville, Linda Hello of Pflugerville, and Regina Arnold of Austin. He was Uncle Robbie to many nieces and nephews, who loved him dearly. He is now joyfully reunited with our parents, Lee and Anna Mae Hello, brother, Michael Hello, and sister-in law Susie Hello.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christopher House of Austin, where Robbie spent his last hours surrounded by family. We are sincerely grateful for the comfort and care provided by Austin Hospice.
