Rosario Flores Escoto

She is preceded in death by her parents Rafael and Ysidra Flores, brothers Edward, Rafael and Eugene Flores; sisters Josefina Lopez and Elida Arambula, son in law Robert Maddox and granddaughter Gemma Maddox.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years Alfred Escoto, children Debra and Michael Davila, Al and Yelena Escoto and Katherine Maddox. In addition, she considered her grandchildren, Joseph Escoto and Elyssa Olivares as her own children.

Rosario’s pride and joy was her family, especially her grandchildren: Lizette Escoto, AJ Olivares, Alyssa and Travis Hooper, the triplets: Victor, Benjamin and Christopher Davila, Amaya Rose, Eden Lee, Eva and Gabriel Escoto and her great grandchildren whom she couldn’t adore more, Rilynn Brooke Escoto, Evelyn Nieto and Gracelyn Rose Escoto.

Rosario attended San Antonio College where she made the Dean’s List. She retired as a Front Line Manager after her 16 year tenure at the IRS.

A visitation for Rosario will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A rosary service will occur Monday, May 23, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Williams Catholic Church, 620 Round Rock W. Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681. A committal service will occur Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
