Ruth Erma Koslan

She married Erwin G. Koslan on October 18, 1942. Ruth was a dedicated wife and mother as well as a volunteer at Hope Lutheran Church and Central Texas Food Bank.

She was a charter member of Hope Lutheran Church and had a passion for her family and for helping others.

Ruth is survived by her son Jesse Koslan and wife Dede; daughter-in-law, Barbie Robinson; grandchildren, Dr. Scott Robinson and wife Jennifer, Garrett Koslan, Matthew Robinson, Jessica Koslan Vass, Leann Hartmann, Marshall Koslan, Derek Hartmann and wife Ashley, Lairah Tindall and husband Justin, Lindsey Koslan and Jay Hartmann; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Natalie, Cayden, Jaylee, Berkley, Kimber, Levi and Hazel; brother, Raymond Bethke and wife Pat; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Erwin G. Koslan; parents, Anton and Minnie Bethke; son, Christopher Robinson; siblings, Charles Bethke, Wayne Bethke and Delores E. Bethke.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Hope Lutheran Church in Austin, Texas. Burial will follow service at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
