

Our beloved Sallie Ann Wilson, 78, of Cedar Park, formerly of Austin passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Born March 4, 1933 in San Benito, Texas, she was the daughter of Arthur Paul and Ruby Carmen (Parker) Redmon.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Great Hills Baptist Church for a number of years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. James P. Wilson in 1997. They had been married for 44 years. Family and home were important to her, and she led by Christian example.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her children, Suzanne Kehrer and husband David, Pat Wilson and wife Debbie, Paul Wilson and wife Jeanine, Stacey Miears and husband Chuck, Shelley Huff and husband Ron; one brother, Paul Redmon, Jr.; two sisters, Tessie Myers and husband Dan, Thelma Burson and husband Jerry; along with 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, other loving relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
A celebration of Sallie’s life will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/ Capital Park Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Washburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Cook-Walden/Capital Park Cemetery.
Honoring her as pallbearers will be David R. Kehrer II, Randy Harrison, Brandon Wilson, Sean Quinn, Dustin Sparks, Kasey Vandaley, Chad Huff, and Stephen Kubala.
