Thelma Gonzalez went to be with the Lord on May 2, 2021.

Thelma was a spiritual mother to many and a vivacious woman of God!She received the Lord as her Savior in April of 1978 and that same year met the love of her life, Uvaldo Gonzalez, in Dallas whom she loved and adored for 42 years of marriage. They began serving in ministry together in 1979 beginning with children’s Sunday school and went into full time ministry shortly after. They continued to serve the Lord through the church for the last 42 years bringing the good news of hope and salvation to many and extending their reach through Mexico and the United States.

Thelma was the Founder of Café Conmigo International and she deeply impacted many with her encouraging teachings. She loved her family wholeheartedly and fully enjoyed all of God’s blessings including traveling the world to places like Europe, France and Israel. It only took one time of meeting Thelma to fall in love with her fun and outgoing personality.

Thelma is survived by her husband, Uvaldo Gonzalez and their son, Jacob Israel Gonzalez along with her parents: Jesús Arcos García and María del Socorro García as well as her siblings: Jesús García, Maru Solorzano, Daniel García, Eduardo García, and Claudia Lawrence.

On behalf of the family, thank you for the overwhelming support, kind words and love that has given comfort and strength during this time.
