She was born in Harford, Ct on August 31, 1966. Theresa Graduated from New York University and received a Master’s degree Of Arts in January of 2000. She was married to Kenneth Moller on July 3, 2003 and adopted his 3 children, James, Alexis and Lauren. They divorced in 2015. Theresa had a career as a nurse practitioner. She worked at New York University hospital as well as the Mount Sinai Hospital.
She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Beta XI Chapter. Theresa enlisted in the army in 1992. Started as a Second Lt., was then promoted to Captain and eventually became an Army Ranger. On September 11, 2001, Theresa was one of the brave 1st responders to that devastating event.
She had a passion for fitness and health and was dedicated to her career.
She is survived by her adopted children, James Moller, Alexis Moller, and Lauren Moller; Her Sister, Christine Kent; and her father, Charles Kent. She is proceeded in Death by her mother, Pamela Marie Henley.
Services will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home on July 6, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. A Visitation will be held on July 5, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
