Thomas David Logue, age 72, went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 18, 2022. He was born September 2, 1950 in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania to his father Robert White Logue and mother June Elyse Black Logue.
Thomas attended and was graduated from Huntingdon High School in 1968, and attended Robert Morris College. In his life, Thomas served as a police officer in the Huntingdon Police Department, and later graduated with a B.S. in Philosophy and World Religions from Juniata College. After graduation, he was very diversified, working as a florist, banker, spent time as a hospital worker, and a college professor. He was ordained as a Deacon, later a Priest, Bishop, and lastly the Archbishop of Austin and Metropolitan of the Western Use Orthodox Clergy and Parishes that use the Divine Liturgies of St. Tikhon and St. Gregory.
Thomas was preceded in death by his mother and father, as well as his brother Jimmy Logue.
He is survived by his sister Robin Logue Fyock and her husband David Fyock; his nieces Amanda Knouse, Melissa Frazier, and Katie Shoaf; his son Russell "Trey" Boeck and his wife Kathy Boeck; his daughter Meagan Hudson and her husband Ronnie Hudson; his grandchildren Hailee, Garrett, Kayla, Vanessa, Donovan, and Savanah; his great-grandchildren Adaline and Axis; his extended father and mother The Right Reverend Arlen Jones and Mary Jones; and his God-children Justin Jones and Kristin Jones, along with many other family members and friends.
He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
A graveside service for Thomas will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
The service will be officiated by The Right Reverend Arlen Jones.
