Veronica Alexander, age 46, passed away on August 29, 2022. She is survived by a loving husband, Thomas Alexander; 2 children, Thomas and Kennedy Alexander; her parents, Gilbert and Dolores Arevalo; siblings, Rene (Celina) Arevalo and Crystal (Raul) Zamora; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Veronica grew up in San Antonio, TX where she met her high school sweetheart during her senior year. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Education with a focus in Social Studies from St. Mary’s University. Veronica was a dedicated teacher and loved what she did; she truly believed in her students. She earned Teacher of the Year at each of the 4 campuses she taught at in NISD (San Antonio) and PfISD (Pflugerville).
Although Veronica was from San Antonio and that was her home, Pflugerville became her second home. The friendships and bonds developed here were priceless. Veronica was always putting the needs of others before her own, even when she was ill.
Please come and celebrate the woman who was loved by all. As mentioned, Veronica’s home was in San Antonio and Pflugerville. We would like all that can come celebrate and share wonderful stories of Veronica to join us at the location of their preference:
