

Victor professed his faith in Christ and was baptized at an early age under the pastoral ship of his father, the late Rev. Vernon Manor, Sr. where he united with the Friendly Will Baptist Church, Georgetown, Texas. Victor continued serving the Lord at First Baptist Church, Heflin Lane in 1972 under the leadership of his dad participating in Sunday School and The Royal Ambassadors.
He attended the Original L.C. Anderson High School. Vic was a proud Yellow Jacket football player for Anderson High until Austin ISD closed the school in 1971. Victor went on to graduate from Reagan High School in 1972. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Prairie View A &M University. He was a proud panther of Prairie View A&M University.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Vernon and Juanita Manor, and one baby brother, Jimmy Melvin Manor. He leaves to celebrate and treasure his memory, his sister, Seretha Manor Carter, his four brothers, Vernon Manor Jr. (Marcia) of Oklahoma City, OK, Alfred Manor, of Manor, TX, Virgil Manor (Letty) of Round Rock, TX and Ronnie Manor (Linda) of Pflugerville, TX; And two Aunts, Mozelle Medearis Lee, Austin, TX., and Juanita Brooks (Doyle Brooks) of Nashville, Tenn.
Victor is continued by his current spouse, Tamela Ansley-Manor. And as they are both resting with Christ, Victor and his wife, Patsy J. Manor, are remembered by his children. Victor Jr, Vincent, Vanessa, Lena, and Kristi.
A visitation for Victor will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A visitation will occur Friday, February 28, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 1202 W Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 1202 W Pecan St, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
